The International Russia League of Assyrians was founded in 20 of March 1992.

Activities:

• Annual celebration of assyrian New Year – Kha b Nisan
• 1 International Festival of Assyrian culture in august 1993, which take place under patronage of UNESCO & Russia Ministry of Culture
• 1994 - Official representation of «Assyrian Gazeta» in russian language
• From 20 of January we have a weekly 1-hour radio-program – «Qala Atouraya» - «Assyrian Voice» broadcasting every Saturday from 19.00 till 20.00 (Moscow time), on MW 612 kHz (490 m.) & 1170 kHz (256 m.) for CIS and Middle East Countries. Mr. Igor Ballo who takes responsibilities of executive vice-president of Russia League of Assyrian sponsors this radio-program and other activities.
